Use the following sheet for tips guide you the night before and the morning of your Bioscore Assessments. Following these tips will give you the most accurate results of your assessments. This does include any lab work, BIA, and Metabolic Assessments.
If you are scheduling an Initial Consultation, a Metabolic Assessment or a Nutrition Review appointment, it is preferred that you log your food for 2-3 days prior to your appointment. Use the following “Food Journal Sheets” or website/app such as MyFitnessPal to log your food leading up to the appointment.
